Save on Energy Application Process

Step 1: Contact a Save on Energy Applicant Representative (Dave at cld4led@gmail.com)

Step 2: Save on Energy Applicant Representative does a on site Lighting Audit

Step 3: Save on Energy Applicant Representative presents Quote, Spec Sheet and possible Incentives. (if approved by Save on Energy)

Step 4: Customer says yes to the quote that was presented to them.

Step 5: Customer must then register with Save on Energy by clicking on this link below, and register with Save on Energy.

Step 6: Customer must then fill out the Save on Energy Form and email it back to the Save on Energy Applicant Representative (Dave at cld4led@gmail.com) along with the email address they used to register with Save on Energy.

Step 7: The Save on Energy Applicant Representative must then log into his Save on Energy Account and start the Application process.

Step 8: Once the Save on Energy Applicant Representative has finished entering all the information and uploading the quote, spec sheets and the Save on Energy worksheet.

Step 9: Customer will receive an email from Save on Energy letting them know that an application has been entered on their behave. Once the customer receives this email they need to login to their Save on Energy Account and review the application and then hit submit.

Step 10: Then Customer waits for the approval (about a week) from Save on Energy.

Step 11: Once approval is received by email, product can then be ordered.

Step 12: A 50% deposit is required before product can be ordered, once deposit is received the product is ordered.

Step 13: Once the LED product has been received the balance is due.

Step 14: Once balance has been taken care of the LED product is either delivered or picked up by customer.

Step 15: The LED Product is then installed at customer’s location.

Step 16: Old product is then disposed of at Aim Ontario 75 Steel City Ct Hamilton 905 547 5533 and a receipt is given to the customer.

Step 17: Receipt from disposal of old product is then sent to the Save on Energy Applicant Representative. (Dave at cld4led@gmail.com)

Step 18: Once the Save on Energy Applicant Representative receives the Disposal receipt, the Application process can continue.

Step 19: The Save on Energy Applicant Representative will then upload the disposal receipt as well as the paid invoice to Save on Energy as well as make any changes to the application as required.

Step 20: Once everything is entered the customer will receive an email from Save on Energy letting them know that an application has been completed on their behave. Once the customer receives this email they need to login to their Save on Energy Account and review the application and then hit submit.

Step 21: Customer then waits for their Incentive cheque to come in the mail (1-2 Months)
